We have a 15-day return policy.
Returned item must be in the same condition as when it was at purchase time, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
For every return, please contact us at contact@smalkshop.com . Once your return is accepted, return shipping label will be mailed to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Reduced, sale items and items purchased on gift cards are not refundable

The fastest way is to begin by returning your item. Once the return has been processed , you can place a new purchase exchange for a new product.
Refunds Processing time is 5 - 7 business days after we receive the return
Once a return is processed, Smalk Shop will reach out via email to confirm.
Once your return is received and inspected a notification is sent directly to you, approved or not. If approved, automatically your refund is processed on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund .
